RML Manokan Haus started its humble beginning in
1986,
when
Mr. Edward Uytiepo, a native of Negros
Occidental created the JM Manokan located at Rizal St. Roxas City. It was a
small kitchenette with 10 tables which Chicken Inasal was their specialty menu.
The business was manage by his
cousin, Mr. Romeo Buncalan which
later on became an owner of the said Manokan Haus. When the family Uytiepo
decided to leave Roxas City and permanently settle in Bacolod City
for business purposes, Mr. Buncalan took over the management of the Manokan
Haus. Since, he was interested with the business, he bought it by paying a
portion of a total investment but in installment basis.
RML Manokan Haus was a nice place and have good food to eat.Its have a good service and good entertaining to the costumers.The owner of the said Manokan was so kind.heir menus was good.The employee was nice.
Chicken dishes is an all time Filipino favorite. Whether it be fried, grilled or used as soup, chicken will always be a standard food in the Filipino family’s dinning table. RML Manokan Haus understands this and has been providing it’s customers with their fantastically marinated super barbecue chicken as well as pork and different fresh seafood that is sure to your taste. Despite strong competition within the food industry, RML Manokan Haus never wavered in their passionate desire to bring excellent food and service to its customers, that’s why they have a core of dedicated patrons. They are currently getting bigger.
